Greetings, we are the San Antonio Model Railroad Association, also known as SAMRA, a group of like minded individuals interested in the modeling, operations and history of railroads.
Our open membership includes men and women from all backgrounds and experiences, from teens to retirees, active duty and retired military, professional people and blue collar workers.
We are a non-profit, 501c3 organization that promotes an awareness of the historical significance of railroads in the development of Texas and the United States.
Please come visit us in our 4000 sf building at 7702 Narrow Pass Rd in Live Oak, Texas. Admission is free. Times we are open can be found on this website.
